How about a mobile phone with a sizzling touch of gold? Nokia is all set to ship all-new Nokia N97 Mini Gold Edition, reports

Dipped into gold, the luxurious piece is gracefully togged in 18 carat gold. The truly spellbinding phone comes equipped with 3.2-inch touchscreen display, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and an integrated FM transmitter.
The phone also includes:
* 3.2 inch TFT LCD with a 360 x 640 pixel resolution
* 3G, EDGE/GPRS
* GPS with A-GPS Support
* Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, USB 2.0
* 5 megapixel camera
* 8GB of on-board storage space

* 3.5mm handsfree socket
The Nokia N97 Mini Gold Edition is anticipated to be available in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Middle East for 625 euro from Q2 2010 onwards.
Intex Launches First Triple SIM Phone

You might be thinking dual SIM handsets were crazy enough, stand back as INTEX has come up with its first triple SIM handset. The Intex IN 5030 marks the debut of the brand in the Triple SIM (GSM + GSM + CDMA) mobile segment. The phone can take two GSM cards and a CDMA SIM and thereby offers you seamless connectivity over three different networks.

The phone comes with a 2-inch TFT screen capable of displaying 65k colors. It has a Mobile Tracker software and an auto call record facility. Other features include a dual LED torch light, a very usable 1.3 MP camera, webcam option, Bluetooth with A2DP, wireless FM radio, audio and video player. There is full GPRS and WAP support. The IN 5030 also comes loaded with an Indian calendar. The internal memory can be expanded upto 4 GB.
While receiving/making a call on one of the GSM connections, the CDMA connection remains active (and vice versa), allowing the user to easily make a shift between the two numbers. The Java enabled handset comes with two batteries (in nos) each providing a talk time and stand-by of up to four and 120 hrs respectively.
For those who don’t want to carry three phones with them at once this one is a great deal and that to with a very basic entry level price tag of Rs. 4,700. With this price this one is sure to make a mark.
Sharkoon’s SATA QuickPort Duo USB 3.0 HDD docking station

The USB 3.0 interface os coming up rapidly in tech industry. Sharkoon has added one more product to its QuickPort family dubbed the SATA QuickPort Duo USB 3.0 HDD docking station. This new introduction extends two chambers for 2.5” and 3.5” HDDs.
The device allows for direct connection of two SATA HDDs to the user’s PC, with its Duo design accommodating 2.5” as also 3.5” HDDs. It hosts two USB 3.0 identical ports, separate on/off buttons and LED indicators for power as well as HDD access. The terminal displays dimensions measuring 132mm x 148mm x 72mm.
The docking station is sold with a power adapter, two USB 3.0 cables and user manual. It may be used in conjunction with the company’s USB 3.0 Host Controller Card to take advantage of the speed proffered by the USB 3.0 interface.
Sharkoon’s SATA QuickPort Duo USB 3.0 HDD docking is available for you to buy at an anticipated price of $81 (approx. Rs.3,734).
