Archos 7 makes it self into the limelight when Apple’s iPad is seeking all the attention and is being examined minutely– the ArchosLounge reports that the specifications of this device have been leaked, according to Pmptoday.

The information indicates a 203mm x 107mm x 12mm device that runs Android and sports a 7” color LCD touchscreen that offers resolutions of 800 x 480p. It appears to have Windows, Mac as well as Linux compatibility and extends 8GB onboard storage.

The device seems to allows for MPEG 1/2/4, FLV, WMV, AVI, RM, RMVB, MOV and MKV video playback. It will also support MP3, WAV, WMA, OGG, FLAC, AAC and APE music file formats. The supported image formats include GIF, BMP and JPEG.

The tablet device will be bundled in with a USB cable, power supply device, user manual and earphones. The Archos 7 Android tablet is expected to have a price tag of €180 (approx. Rs.11,548).
